The purpose of this Soft Market Test (SMT) exercise is for Midland Heart to gain an understanding and appreciation of solutions currently available in the market that can fulfil the company’s UCaaS (Telephony Replacement) requirements. This document aims to provide information about Midland Heart and the functionalities the company seeks in its Unified Communications solution, to enable potential suppliers to have a good understanding of our requirements and be able to respond accordingly.
