Tender description

The ability to safely undertake works on the HE network often require a Temporary Traffic Regulation Order (TTRO). Feedback from contractors is that the TTRO process is not consistent and often is applied in a way which make adopting recommended safe method of working more difficult than needed. This task is to review that process and all associated guidance, forms, training material with legislation to produce the deliverables to enhance this process across Highways England.
