Security on Demand Project Lead

In order to deliver Cyber Essentials certification to the University network by the July 2021 time deadline a number of work streams are required across the range of network and software services operated by the university. These work streams require specialist and professional services to support delivery of these tasks. It has been identified that there is a need for a Security Programme Lead role from NCC with a corresponding Project Manager within the University. This role is required to ensure delivery of CE by July 2021. This role is not a single person but will consist of a pool of expertise within NCC Group in the form of their 'On Demand' and 'Remediate' call-off services. This funding is to 'pump-prime' this role, with specialist knowledge and technical advice being drawn down into Digital Services as required to assist completion of priority tasks to meet the CE delivery deadline. This is not a single person, it is a pool resource to secure expert knowledge when required in the project delivery plan.
