Tender description

The contract is for the daily and periodic cleaning services of a primary school. This procurement is for daily and periodic cleaning services to a primary school in north London. The contract is for a period of 3 years with the option to extend for a further 12 months (subject to mutual agreement of the parties). Cleaning services are currently in-house and the existing staff would need to be transferred to the successful contractor. All staff are entitled to Local Government Pension Scheme (LGPS). It is anticipated that the contract will commence on 1 April 2021.
