Tender description

Surrey County Council are seeking to commission an independent professionals to conduct the monthly Regulation 44 Independent Visits in our Surrey run Children's Homes, for a period of three years commencing 1 June 2021 (with the possibility of a two year extension). From June 2021, we intend to replace the current contract and procure the services of an independent professional(s). We are therefore seeking an Independent Visitors with significant experience of carrying out Regulation 44 visits, in addition to having experience of working in a residential childcare setting, either as a residential home manager or deputy manager (assistant manager); as a social worker supporting the delivery of residential care or as a responsible individual (RI).
