Tender description
A number of contracts providing key services to prevent rough sleeping and meet the needs of homeless people are expiring in 2021. We will be tendering for a range of services including: • Street Outreach • Housing First • Homeless health Lot 1: Street Outreach Support and Housing First Services Rough sleeper/street population Outreach Team service and Housing First. Lot 2: Homeless Health Inclusion Services Non-clinical homeless health services and peer support.
