Tender description

The contracting entity wish to appoint a Managed Recruitment Services Partner (‘MRS Partner’) to assist it in meeting its recruitment requirements in relation to agency supplied workers throughout the lifetime of the project. Further details of the contract specification are available in the SQ documents which is available on the contracting entity's procurement platform. Procurement of a Managed Recruitment Service Partner to provide a key interface for the contracting entity to handle issues relating to the sourcing and management of agency supplied workers to provide a temporary workforce that meets the needs of the contracting entity as they arise. The appointed MRS Partner will fill agency supplied workers roles, partnering with other sector specific recruitment agencies (using a second-tier panel) as required to deliver against the full scope of the requirements of the contracting entity in a way which clearly demonstrates commercial value for money on a continuous basis. The MRS Partner shall engage seamlessly with internal and external stakeholders as required. The scope of services is further described in the SQ documents available from the contracting entity.
