Tender description

Supporting the Business Case Lead in understanding, analysing and tracking business case actual activity against baselines. Assist with working closely with other teams to ensure financial and resource positions are being recorded fully and accurately financial and PMO reporting. Support with business case modelling and gathering artefacts across the organisation to support or challenge business case assumptions. Assist in checking whether key business case assumptions still are valid and support with subsequent modelling. Assist in devising new organisational templates that remain aligned to business need.
