Tender description

We are requesting you to tender a delivered purchase price for processing machinery. Quotation price is to include delivery to our shop in Main Street, Kanturk, Co.Cork and installation of the machinery. Details to be included in the quotation are the service and warranty cover included in the price. We request individual quotations for each of the following items of equipment: • 80 ltr mixer grinder. • Vacuum sausage filler capable of at least 2,000Kg per hour with at least 30 bar filling pressure; DHGA casing spooler & all sausage production nozzles to be included in price •1.5Kw tray sealer; 6 bar - 20 lts P min (price to include 1x half gastro mould, 1x sr 1000 mould, 1 x sr1449 mould, air compressor) • Semi Automatic meat tenderiser; min 500 n3eedles at 2 to 3 mm Quotations will be scored on the following basis: Category Score Price 50 Suitability 25 After sales service 25 Total 100 The award of the contract is competitive and is subject to grant approval and the contract may be split between suppliers according to the individual scoring of each price for each item.
