Production of Residents' Magazine Publication for Dorset Council

Tender description

<p>Dorset Council formed on 1 April 2019, covering the areas previously covered by the councils of North, East, Purbeck, West, Weymouth &amp; Portland and Dorset County. So that residents could be kept informed of the Council&rsquo;s services and how they can access them, it was decided in 2019 that the Council would provide a regular printed magazine, at least for the first year of the Council. The publication was delivered to every Dorset Council area household three times during the first year of Dorset Council and it has been agreed by the Leader of the Council and the Chief Executive that this will continue for the current term of the Council, until May 2024. However, there will be an opportunity to review the contract annually during this time. The publication complements and cross-promotes other communication channels e.g. e-newsletters, social media, website, etc. Readers of the magazine are able to opt out of receiving a paper copy if they wish and register for an email copy instead.</p> Keywords: publication, magazine, print
