Procurement of HPCDS Services from1 February 2021

Tender description

The LAA invited Applicants who held an existing Housing and Debt Legal Aid Contract to submit a Tender for a Housing Possession Court Duty Scheme Contract ("HPCDS Contract" or "Contract") for the Bed and Reading Schemes to deliver the Services from 1 February 2021 to 30 September 2021 with the right for the LAA to extend the Contract for a maximum further 12 months. To be eligible to bid for a HPCDS contract organisations must have held a 2018 Standard Civil Contract with authorisation in the Housing and Debt Categories of Law. The Deadline for submitting Tenders was 5pm on 21 December 2020. All Tenders were completed and submitted using the e-Tendering system.
