Tender description

Meols Cop High School wishes to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced company to undertake the cleaning provision, as detailed in the attached specification. It is anticipated that this new arrangement will commence in April 2021, for a period of 3 years, option to extend for up to a further 2 x 1 year. Meols Cop High School is an 11-16, mixed comprehensive school situated in Southport, Sefton, Merseyside. The number on roll currently stands at 884 students. Meols Cop High School has 63 teachers and 48 associate staff. Meols Cop High School wishes to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced company to undertake the cleaning provision, as detailed in the attached specification. It is anticipated that this new arrangement will commence in April 2021, for a period of Three years, option to extend for up to a further 2 x 1 year. Tenderers should be aware this contract is subject to TUPE regulations, which should be taken into consideration when submitting your priced tender. Information applicable to this has been included in the ITT (Invitation to Tender) supplied. Please note, at this point in time, the school has no wish to reduce the number of operatives.
