The Council is offering a new lease of Magazine 9 / 10 for a term of 125 years preceded by an agreement for lease to allow for the repair of the property, as set out in this brief. .Draw Well Road provides six magazines that were originally constructed to provide wartime ammunition storage. Magazine 9/10 is located on the west side of Draw Well Road. The accommodation provides a reinforced concrete structure. Internally, there are 30 columns with approximately 4m spacings. The Gross Internal Area of the property totals 11,057 sq ft (1,027 sq.m). Access is provided via full height double wooden doors.
