Market Engagement - LCR Children's Market Reform Programme, Liverpool City Region Partner Provider Arrangement (LCR PPA)

<p>The LCR Market Reform programme, launched in April 2019, is a multi-layered collaborative project designed to achieve strategic reform throughout the children&rsquo;s social care placements sector across the Liverpool City Region. The aim is to ensure there is a diverse range of organisations committed to close working with City Region Local Authorities and which are best equipped to deliver high quality services and outcomes to our children and young people, sustainable long-term pricing and a greater social value contribution to our local communities. As part of this programme, a new sub-regional children&rsquo;s commissioning arrangement covering children&rsquo;s residential and foster care placements was launched in 2020, called the Liverpool City Region (LCR) Partner Provider Arrangement (PPA) 2020. This Arrangement is the primary route to market for the 6 LCR Local Authorities - Halton, Knowsley, Liverpool, Sefton, St Helens and Wirral &ndash; for fostering and residential care placements and gives our Partner Providers a greater sense of exclusivity, commitment and access through the PPA than is normally possible on much larger frameworks. We will shortly be re-opening the PPA to any registered provider of Children&rsquo;s Residential Care that has a service within the LCR footprint and would welcome your interest. We would like to invite you to virtual market engagement event on Tuesday 30th March 2021 from 1pm-2pm on Microsoft Teams. This event will be an opportunity for the LCR Local Authorities to provide some further details in relation to the PPA and the procurement timeline.
