Invitation to Tender for a Person Centred Care Information System

Tender description

Northumberland County Council (for its own benefit and for the benefit of Northumbria Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust) is seeking to commission a “person-centred care information system” to support a range of activities including the Council’s statutory adult social care functions and related functions of local NHS organisations. A core element of the requirement is support for the statutory assessment, care and support planning and commissioning functions of the Council as a social services Authority, most of which are carried out by staff employed by Northumbria Healthcare NHS FT under a partnership agreement. Further details of the Contracting Authority’s requirements under the Contract and other relevant information are detailed in the Specification at Schedule 2.
