Tender description

Fáilte Ireland is seeking to establish a Multi-Party Framework Agreement for the provision of Human Resources Consultancy. Those admitted to the framework will be entitled to due consideration for all contracts awarded under the framework on a project-by-project basis via a mini tender competition. This support will include the provision of specialist expertise and advice on specific areas of human resources as required. Examples of the types of consultancy anticipated under this framework include but are not limited to the following: • People Strategy & Engagement • Organisation Development • Employee Benefits and Workplace Policy • Recruitment and Onboarding performance • Performance Management and Succession Planning • Learning and Development
