The Council is conducting a Further Competition process via the ESPO Framework 204_20 Swimming Pool Chemicals to appoint a single Provider to Supply and Deliver Chemicals and Associated Products for Swimming and Hydrotherapy Pools for use within Schools, Academies and External Bodies with a Service Level Agreement (SLA) with Corporate Procurement, Leisure Centres and other Miscellaneous Council Establishments throughout the administrative area of County of Durham who take up an SLA with Corporate Procurement.
