Kildare County Council (the “Contracting Authority”) proposes to establish and operate a multi-supplier (or single-supplier if applicable) “Framework Agreement” under this public procurement competition for ‘Framework 1’: Design, supply, installation and commissioning of Traffic Signal Equipment for Urban Junctions. Framework 1 includes but is not limited to the design, supply, installation and commissioning of traffic signal equipment (normally at urban junctions/ permanent shuttle systems), signal control equipment, ancillary traffic control equipment, etc., to include connection and commissioning to Kildare County Council’s existing infrastructure and monitoring systems (excluding main civil works which will be carried out by a separate contractor) associated with the provision of new traffic signal layouts.
