Tender description

Derry City and Strabane District Council (DCSDC)requires a suitable company or companies to provide fitting, removal, relocation and storage of event dressing, branding and branding systems (hoarding, vinyl banners, mesh, signage, event and exhibition branding) within the Derry City and Strabane District Council area. The successful company may be required to provide costs and recommendation for events and sites across the Derry City and Strabane District Council area. Specifications and requirements may change and the successful company will be required to reflect these changes in any updated estimates and all final costings. Outline of services required: • Coverage: Ability to cover sites within in the Derry City and Strabane District Council area. • Rapid Response - within in the Derry City and Strabane District Council area. Please confirm • Compliance with all relevant codes of practice, the safe production installation and maintenance, removal, relocation and storage of branding and branding systems (hording, vinyl banners, mesh, signage, event and exhibition branding) within in the Derry City and Strabane District Council area. • Compliance with all relevant codes of practice, the safe production installation and maintenance, removal, relocation and storage of branding and branding systems on a range rural and urban sites including (but not limited to) waterways, along or above a road or footway. • Provision of recommendations and site schemes • Provision of recommendations and advice regarding products and services pertaining to City/Regional and Event Dressing. • Ability to provide largescale-branding production. Specifications and requirements may change and the successful company will be required to reflect these changes in any updated estimates and all final costings. Derry City and Strabane District Council reserve the option to retain more than one supplier for services based on costs, specifications and project/procurement requirements.
