Emergency Bottled Water Delivery Service

Tender description

The objective of this tender is to ensure that the successful Service Provider (Vendor) can deliver the full scope of the work as below. In bidding for this tender, you are confirming you are able to undertake the full suite of Services requested. To collect water from a designated location and to deliver bottled water to the most vulnerable customers in Southern Waters geographic area stretching from Hampshire and the IoW through Sussex and in to Kent. This is a time sensitive activity and customers must receive their first delivery of water within 12hours of the customers being impacted. The potential maximum number of properties that will require deliveries is 2000 and this service will need to be repeated to ensure water is delivered to each property within each following 24hour period. A minimum of 10ltrs per person per day must be delivered for the initial 5 days of an incident increasing to 20ltrs thereafter. To ensure that we are covering the above requirement, it is requested that 24ltrs of water are delivered to each property. Batch numbers and deliveries completed must be tracked and reported including any failed deliveries. Deliveries must be undertaken in a Covid safe manner Deliveries not received by the occupant must be evidenced (Photo) and left out of direct sunlight and safely.
