Clinical Expertise and Advisory Services - Sláintecare Citizen Care Masterplan and Healthy Ireland

Tender description

The Department of Health is seeking to engage the expertise and advisory services of appropriately qualified Clinical Advisor who will work with the Sláintecare Programme Implementation Office to provide high-quality strategic advice, clinical leadership, analysis, and recommendations that support the development and implementation of both the Citizen Care Masterplan and the Healthy Ireland programme. The successful tenderer will advise and advocate on behalf of integrated planning nationally and regionally, helping to deliver a new model of healthcare through the development of a new Citizen Care Masterplan for the health service that includes population health-centred care pathways, including the development of a resource allocation model. The successful tenderer will also advise on and enable a settings-based, population focused prioritisation through Healthy Ireland programmes, policies and behavioural change initiatives that impact on health and wellbeing, including physical activity, healthy eating, alcohol reduction, smoking cessation, mental health, social prescribing, and screening services.
