Our Ref: FLS/Festival Hall Roof Dear Proprietor, Festival Hall Roof We are writing to invite you to Tender for Chemical Encapsulation of the Festival Hall Roof, Caistor Road, Market Rasen, LN8 3HT. Background Information The Festival Hall building was built in 1972. The Festival Hall serves the Town for a range of facilities. The building has a pitched roof. Please contact communitymanager@marketrasentc.co.uk for google photos and measurements . The building complex consist of the Main Hall, Committee Room, large catering kitchen and bar. The Committee can be used on its own or booked with a combination of other rooms. During 2019/2020 we experienced some leaks due to the condition of the roof, where repairs at the time were carried out. Market Rasen Town Council have considered their options and have resolved on chemical encapsulation. Tender Information Your tender to include the following: • Details of the Product Proposed • Benefits of the Proposal • A minimum guarantee of 10 years • Full costing. To include Scaffolding, Skips and Waste Removal • Provide details of two references where similar work has been undertaken. • Timescale for the Project • Name of the Project Manager • Confirmation of Health and Safety requirements Please note that Tenders will only be considered for chemical encapsulation.
