Tender description
The Central Area Council Social Isolation programme has been established to address the need for an overall co-ordinated Social Isolation and Loneliness Programme for the Central Area Council area. The Central Social Isolation Challenge Fund is primarily aimed at community groups, charities and social enterprises.. The service will be aimed at lonely and/or isolated people and potentially where social isolation and loneliness has been exacerbated as a result of Covid-19.. The Council is looking to fund a programme enabling an integrated approach in order to achieve the goal of combatting social isolation and loneliness across the lifespan in the wards that make up the Central Council Area, strategic and coordinated transformational change is required.
