Tender description

The University of Sheffield is out to tender on behalf of it's Advanced Manufacturing Research Centre's (AMRC) North West branch, to supply a 5G test bed which is required to be 5G stand-alone (SA) single cell mobile private network (MPN). This shall be used for testing and system performance verification purposes. Initial installation shall be at the AMRC NW facility in Preston. The ITT can be downloaded by registering and expressing your interest on the University`s e-tendering system https://in-tendhost.co.uk/Sheffield. If you have any questions or comments in relation to this tender they must be submitted via the In-tend System, this can be accessed at https://in-tendhost.co.uk/Sheffield. Completed tenders must be returned through the same e-tendering system. Closing date for receipt of tenders: Friday 6 November 2020 at 12.00 noon (UK time). Procurement of a 5G Core system to be operated by AMRC as a Test Bed for using 5G as part of research into manufacturing processes.
