The contract is to carry out an annual service on all of the gas fired boilers, gas space heaters, and gas fired hot water generators as specified in this document and covers all five sites and Academic and Residential Buildings of the University including Moulsecoomb, Grand Parade, Falmer, Eastbourne, and Hastings.Residential sites are known as Phoenix Court, Southover Street, BrightonMoulsecoomb Place, BrightonVarley Park, Coldean Lane, BrightonThe price is for this once a year service on the gas fired equipment as listed per building on the enclosed Schedule of Equipment sheets.The equipment includesForced draught gas fired boilersAtmospheric gas boilersPre-mix gas fired boilersDirect fired gas water heaters and space heatersGas fired condensing boilersHeat Interface UnitsThe servicing will be required during the period of 1st August through to 31st October.
