Tender description

The University of Brighton has a requirement for the provision and maintenance of commercial laundry machines in its residential accommodation which is likely to be by way of a leasing or other similar finance agreement (for example - hire purchase) and must be submitted as a complete solution. The University provides accommodation for approximately 2500 students in residential buildings which are owned and managed by the University or through partner arrangements. This contract will provide laundry machines for two University managed halls of residence at Moulsecoomb Place and Phoenix Brewery, serving a total of approximately 500 students, with the potential for additional requirements in the future, subject to tender.
