Telecommunications & Associated Services Framework Agreement

Tender description

The current Telecommunications and Associated Services Framework Agreement is due to expire in September 2021. It comprises three Lots: Lot 1 - Network Communications, Lot 2 - Mobile Communications, Lot 3 - Off Premise Hosted Telephony. Lot 1: PfH wish to establish a multiple supplier framework agreement to provide Telecommunications and associated services to its member base. The scope of the Framework will include the supply of Communications Network Solutions spanning traditional calls and lines, network connectivity, on premise IP telephony services, call centres and contact centre services, unified communications, design, supply, installation and maintenance of telecoms systems, hardware and infrastructure, hosted communications solutions and associated consultancy services. The scope will also include Mobile Communications and associated hardware, systems and software, hardware repair services, mobile cloud storage and sharing services supported by associated consultancy services. The framework is likely to be divided into lots, which will be finalised following market engagement. Details of the lots will be set out in the Contract Notice.
