Tender description
The Council invites Quotations for the provision of review of services delivery to support the Guildhall Redevelopment Programme, Royal Borough of Kingston upon Thames (RBKuT). The Royal Borough of Kingston upon Thames (RBKuT) is wishing to develop masterplan / feasibility stage design proposals to enable the redevelopment and regeneration of a number of Council-owned town centre sites. This RfP relates specifically to: The Kingfisher Leisure Centre site and adjacent Cattle Market Car Park. The Council wishes to appoint a specialist leisure architect with masterplanning experience to lead on the design of the above development opportunity.
