This tender is being conducted as one lot and St James’s Hospital is seeking to partner with a dynamic Public Affairs and Public Relations company through a competitive dialogue tender process. This process will help identify one company that will be strategic in their approach to assisting the hospital plan publicity strategies and campaign, writing and producing presentations, press releases, analysing media coverage and assist in developing the Trinity St James’s Cancer Institute campaign. The successful public affairs and public relations company will assist in the implementation of the Strategic Programme 2021-2025 programme. This work may include engaging with key stakeholders, agreeing key objectives and audiences, identifying key messages, forecasting likely outcomes and advocating for St James’s Hospital.
