Tender description

The services comprise of the delivery of at least twelve short duration non-accredited seafood quality workshops, either as standalone workshops, or as part of other National Framework of Qualifications (NFQ) accredited programmes (i.e., Certificate in Fishmonger Skills) which require training for content covering seafood quality assessment. In addition, the Contracting Authority could require expertise in this regard for other projects including innovation or market development projects, in which the further development of seafood quality assessment skills, will benefit the Contracting Authority’s staff and clients.
