Provision of G7 Presidency Events - Virtualisation

Tender description

The United Kingdom will assume the Presidency of the G7 on 1st January 2021, hosting the annual Leaders' Summit meeting in addition to approximately 30 other meetings and events during the year of the presidency. The taskforce is looking for a virtual solution provider that will be able to host all the G7 engagement group events in either a hybrid (covid permitting) or fully virtual format. The taskforce is looking to appoint one primary virtualisation supplier to support Jon in the delivery of the engagement group events on a virtual platform. The taskforce will be expecting to work with a standard conference format with a key contactor who will have full oversight on the delivery of the events and will take full responsibility for the contract including any subcontractors the prime supplier needs to take on to help them deliver the services
