Bron Afon is seeking to appoint one (1) contractor to undertake property This project consists of three blocks of flats, located in Sebastopol, Pontypool. These blocks are; 46-56 Sherbourne Road and 103-113 & 115-123a Greenhill Road. The blocks at Greenhill Road are of a similar style and construction. These blocks were constructed in the late nineteen sixties and were commissioned by the Local Authority to provide social, residential accommodation within Pontypool. Each block consists of 6 individual residential units, these units are served by a front communal entrance and communal staircase. The blocks are three storeys in height and are located in a residential estate. The residents of the flats consist of Bron Afon tenants and private residents who have exercised their right to buy. The blocks have flat roofs with rainwater discharging to the rear of the blocks.
