One to one tuition services - AWARD

Tender description

Portsmouth City Council ('the council') is inviting tenders from suitably qualified suppliers to provide one to one tuition services. The council is seeking to establish a multiple supplier framework agreement to deliver one to one tuition services for children and young people under the care of the local authority. This may include targeted and tailored one to one, paired or small group support. This framework is intended to make procuring services quick, simple and cost effective. The council is seeking to admit five suppliers onto the framework however reserve the right to increase or decrease this number by one depending on how closely suppliers score. The council reserves the right to reopen framework in order to admit further suppliers in the event of capacity issues and increases in demand (e.g. the number of care leavers requiring one to one tuition), or should awarded suppliers leave the framework or be removed from the framework for any reason. The estimated value of the framework is IRO £70,000 per annum. As the number of care leavers will vary and could increase the estimated value of the framework may change an upper limit of £500,000 over the 4 year term has been set. The framework will commence on 1st January 2021. The initial contract term will be for 2 years with possibility of extending the term by a further 2 years to a maximum total term of 4 years in increments to be agreed, subject to the agreement and performance of both parties.
