M&E Partnering Consultant

Tender description

Stonewater is looking to appoint two consultant partners to support the business with a variety of M&E projects over the next one to two years. The proposed tender will be split in to two regional lots (one supplier per region) to reflect Stonewater's property portfolio. The successful contractors will be asked to complete a variety of different tasks across a range of projects, each varying in size, value and scale. Tasks will include, but not be limited to • Full project management services including • The management of Health & Safety in particular in relation to project compliance with CDM 2015 by all parties and • Mechanical and Electrical Engineering professional services.
