Landscape Maintenance & Repair works at the Cliffs of Moher Visitor Experience on behalf of Clare County Council

Tender description

Clare County Council require the services of company to provide routine landscape and grounds maintenance at the Cliffs of Moher Visitor Experience as per attached schedule and specification of works. Activites shall include the following: • Sweep clean all walkways of windblown debris and cigarette butts; • Sweep paved pathway from car park to pedestrian crossing of debris and gravel; • Edge all flag walkways of over-hanging weeds and grass; • Clean Trak covered drains; • Remove any stickers of graffiti around the complex; • Power wash flag stone/paved aprons in front of Visitor Centre; • Power wash flag stones by statue and picnic area; • Power wash flag stones at the north and the south viewing platforms; • Cut grass in front of trader units and collect clippings (Spring-Summer); • Trim grass between trader units and collect clippings (Spring-Summer); • Weed control of all Cobblelock Paved areas onsite; • Sweeping grading and rolling of gravel to carpark. Other non-routine activities which may be required include the following: • Notification to management of any loose/broken flagstones, fencing or stone walls and subsequent repair; • Masonry repair; • Paving repair; • Fencing repair; • Storm damage repair; and • Other such items which may arise from day to day on a live site.
