Janitorial, Workwear and PPE

Tender description

The existing PfH Framework for Janitorial, Workwear and PPE is due to expire in February 2022. However, PfH is considering whether to include products and services covered by this Framework in it's Office Solutions Framework which is to be re-tendered in Spring 2021. The current framework is divided into two Lots: Lot 1 - Janitorial Supplies, Lot 2 - Workwear and PPE. Lot 1: PfH is seeking to establish a multiple supplier framework agreement to supply janitorial, workwear and PPE products and services to its member base. Items will include but not be limited to cleaning products, equipment and materials, clothing and other additional items such as safety signs, vacuum cleaners, consumables and spare parts for any equipment. Seasonal products such as grit and sunscreens will also be procured. Workwear and PPE products will cover a wide range of shoes, clothing and health and safety products and will offer bespoke personalisation where required. Depending on the outcome of market engagement, products and services within this framework may form part of the Office Solutions Framework Agreement which has historically been tendered separately. The framework is likely to be divided into lots, which will be finalised following market engagement. Details of the lots will be set out in the Contract Notice.
