Tender for grounds maintenance for open spaces Lot 1 - Parks, open spaces, cemeteries and highways Lot 2 - Green and other spaces within housing land Lot 3 - Wormwood Scrub open space (part of) Lot 4 - All Council trees Interested organisations must note that the contracting authority is currently consulting its housing residents about Lot 2. Therefore its strategy for Lot 2 is subject to change and this Lot may be withdrawn. A decision is due to be taken on this shortly after the closing date for expressions of interest. The total value given below includes Lot 2. Lot 1: Grounds maintenance services for parks, open spaces, cemeteries and highways 10 year term contract for the provision of: grounds maintenance services in parks and open spaces (except Wormwood Scrubs), all cemeteries, and all highways sites. Variants will only be accepted where invited by the contracting authority. Lot 2: Grounds maintenance for housing sites 10 year term contract for the provision of: grounds maintenance for green and other spaces within housing land, except arboriculture services. Variants will only be accepted where invited by the contracting authority. Lot 3: Grounds maintenance - Wormwood Scrubs (part of) 10 year term contract for the provision of: grounds maintenance for Wormwood Scrubs Open Space (part of), except arboriculture services. The part of Wormwood Scrubs not included in the contract is currently maintained under a maintenance contract that expires on 1 February 2027. There is the option to add this into the Lot 3 contract at that point. Variants will only be accepted where invited by the contracting authority. Lot 4: Management and maintenance of Council trees 10 year term contract for the provision of: management and maintenance of Council trees. Variants will only be accepted where invited by the contracting authority.
