North Norfolk District Council is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified landscape architecture or urban design consultancy, with demonstrable experience of community engagement, town centre master planning and public realm and streetscape design and implementation within an historic environment, to produce a Place Making and Public Realm Design Masterplan for North Walsham town centre in North Norfolk. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs).
