Focus housing Association CLG intend to appoint several contractors to an approved Panel of Contractors for the purposes of completing the refurbishment and upgrade works to residential dwellings under various schemes operated by Focus Ireland to ensure compliance with minimum rental standards. If successful, contractors will be appointed on a regional and/or nationwide basis as required.
