Tender description
Mid & East Antrim Borough Council (M&EA) is requesting expressions of interest for a service to provide end to end delivery (i.e. identifying location, designing, costing, supplying and installing) of a number Green Walls across the towns of Ballymena, Larne and Carrickfergus. The Green Walls can be either living (i.e. composed of real plants) or synthetic (i.e. composed of fake plants), and either fixed or mobile / modular.
