Tender description

West Lancashire Borough Council require an organisation to provide debt collection services in line with any applicable legislation including the FCA Consumer Credit Handbook. The service includes, but shall not be limited to; - Sending letters to former tenants; - Attempt contact with former tenants concurrently via telephone calls, SMS until contact is made and collect procedures are successful. - Visit former tenants addresses in letter/telephone collections are unsuccessful. - Trace the whereabouts of WLBC former tenants. - Arrange suitable collection procedure for the debt.
