Tender description

Tai Tarian is seeking to engage contractors with a proven track record of delivering best practice on comparable contracts and are able to work pro-actively with Tai Tarian to assist in delivering its social and environmental agenda within the communities in which it operates. The cost of this contract is expected to be in the region of £250,000. The works involves re-roofing and Fabric repair, To 14, properties. All works on/in the properties will be carried out under the JCT Intermediate Building Contract 2016. Tai Tarian is seeking to appoint 1 (one) Contractor to this contract with an anticipated completion of 24 weeks.
