Tender description

The provision of a high quality and comprehensive commercial cleaning service for the Institutes facilities, comprised of circa 64 000 m2. in accordance with BS EN 13549:2001 or equivalent. Services will be required to provide a learning and workplace environment with the highest possible level of cleanliness and comfort for students, staff and visitors. The Institute requires the services to be responsive, incorporate continuous performance improvement, flexibility and innovation. The Institute requires the services to be responsive, incorporate continuous performance improvement, flexibility and innovation. e contract is for an initial period of 12 months, however, AIT reserves the right to extend the contract on an annual basis with 2 optional 12-month extensions i.e. the contract period could potentially be for a maximum of 3 years).
