NEC4 Term Service Short Contract (TSSC) for the Supply and Installation of Grab Rails, Hand Rails and Associated Access Improvements in Domestic Premises, which shall include, but not limited to Grab Rails, External Handrails, Internal Handrails, Staircase Handrails, Newel Post Handrails / Grab Rails, Level Thresholds, Graduated Steps; Ramps, Folding Toilet Rails, Toilet Frames, Changing Bench, Key Boxes, Items Supplied by Clienet and Installed by Contractor, in accordance with the Occupational Therapists Toolkit Specification and Building Control.
