Tender description
Utlendingsdirektoratet (UDI) [the Norwegian Directorate of Immigration] wants to have dialogue with supplier who deliver services concerning meeting rooms and AV equipment. UDI is moving into new premises at Helsfyr in the middle of January 2020. The premises are currently under construction. There will be a need to procure meeting room and AV equipment that is ready to be moved in, in addition there will be a need for a service and maintenance contract for the delivered equipment. It has not yet been decided whether the UDI will choose a solution with renting or owning the equipment. See the attached invitation for information about registering and deadlines, as well as the attached needs description for more information about the contracting authority's need.
