Tender description

The works will consist of constructing an extention onto an exsisting SI cottage located at Banganboy, Glenties, Co. Donegal. The extension includes bedroom, level access showeroom and living accommodation. Other works include : • upgrading the heating system- OFCH • replacement of Range • plumbing • electrical • works to chimney • relocation of services, • upgrade of sewage treatment system, • groundworks, • blockwork retaining wall • kerbing & drainage • painting • all other internal and external works associated with the extension.
