Basic functionality of the software provided MUST include, applicant tracking system; CV/resume parsing; availability recording; batch communication via outlook; open APIs to allow integration to existing systems; BI reporting and analysis tools; temporary, permanent; shift and contract workflows; GDPR and AWR compliant; talent pool and database searching tools; database segregation; ability to hold multiple rates and time definitions of rates against roles; coding and user configuration options; Timesheet and expense management; integration to jobboards.
