Tender description

The London Boroughs of Richmond upon Thames and Wandsworth propose to undertake a procurement exercise as set out below to award a 3-year contract with an option for a further two 12-month extension(s) at the Council's discretion, subject to the availability of funding. This proposed procurement aims to appoint one suitably experienced and qualified supplier of services for persons at various levels of risk, or victims, of domestic violence and violence against women and girls, under one contract. These services shall consist essentially in the provision of refuge accommodation-based services and Independent Domestic Violence Advocates (IDVAS). The services will be provided across the London Boroughs of Richmond upon Thames and London Borough Council simultaneously, over the lifetime of the contract, in support of such persons.
