Site Clearance, Building Demolition, Above & Below Ground Services Installations & Diversions at Midleton Community Hospital, Midleton Co Cork

Tender description

The works include the disconnection, removal and/or diversion and/or construction of above and below ground site services including medium voltage electricity , fibre, telephone, water, foul and surface water drains. The mechanical and electrical services will be carried out by mechanical and electrical contractors with experience of works of a similar nature to those proposed, engaged or employed by the main contractor. A qualitative assessment of the mechanical and electrical services contractors proposed by tenderers will be carried out as part of the tender evaluation process . The works will be carried out on an active hospital campus. Hospital activities will continue in uninterrupted operation at all times during the Works
