INS Japan will be providing a wide range of services to NNL including (but not limited to): — advice and guidance for future opportunities in Japan, — liaising with potential customers in Japan, — assistance in developing strategies and business plans for work in Japan, — marketing and promotion of NNL's services in Japan, — supporting and hosting NNL secondees, — support existing contracts in Japan, — day to day support. The services to be provided by INS may include (but will not be limited to) the following areas of support: — providing advice and guidance in relation to the terms and prices for bids for business opportunities, — liaising with potential customers for business opportunities in the manner Agreed with NNL in a project, — providing day-to-day assistance with regard to the implementation of business opportunities, — keeping NNL fully and promptly informed of conditions and developments in the market for NNL services, — promptly inform NNL of any enquiry concerning NNL services, — assistance in developing strategies and business plans related to winning business, — develop business delivery model or models to aid NNL in selecting the best model to deliver business in Japan, including where NNL needs to participate in bidding for business opportunities in Japan, — commercial and contract negotiations, including maintaining market pricing for services and products where appropriate and optimising value, and gathering commercial intelligence in preparation for bidding for business opportunities in Japan, — support to contract drafting, implementation and administration, including advice and support regarding customer expectations, deliverables, etc. — support for customer meetings, including preparation and post-meeting activities, and visits to UK and Japan, — networking and relationship management with Japanese nuclear supply-chain companies and Government, including intelligence and market updates relating to business opportunities in Japan, — media intelligence/reports relating to developments within the nuclear industry in Japan, — marketing and promotion of NNL capability/services as set out in a project, — support for customer meetings, including facilitation and post-meeting activities (actions, follow-up, etc.), — translation and interpretation services where necessary and appropriate (directly or through agreed subcontractors), — supporting NNL secondees.
